Spring is just around the corner to be exact, the first day of Spring is two weeks away! Here are some Spring cleaning tips to get your apartment looking like new!
Disposal Cleaning:
For unwanted odors in your disposal throw some lemon rinds down the drain while running the disposal. Run some cold water during and this should do the trick to tackle unwanted odors!
Microwave Cleaning:
Put a microwave safe bowl inside the microwave with water and run for five minutes. Be careful getting the bowl out as it will be hot! Once done, there will be moisture in the microwave for you to easily wipe away any food splatters.
Ceiling Fixtures:
Many of us often forget to dust the items out of sight in our apartments including the ceiling fixtures. Grab an extendable duster and tackle the dust on all fixtures for better breathing.
Vacuum
Another thing often forgot when it comes to cleaning is the vacuum cleaner itself. Replace the bag, clean the dust cup, and replace or wash the filters. Snip threads snarled in the brush with scissors or a seam ripper.
Glass and Mirrors
The best and easiest way to clean glass and mirrors is with a microfiber towel and some water and vinager mixed together. You will get the best streak free shine!
